Offered is a confidential place for you to talk without judgement and be the real you. For me the most important aspect of counselling is the relationship with the person sitting opposite me. By being open, accepting and honest in the relationship between us, it gives you the choice to create the life you want and be the person you want to be.
I believe that you are the expert on your life and know the answers inside you.
I recognize it can feel a big step contacting a counsellor about any issues, feelings or problems you feel you are struggling with. I am a experienced Person Centered Counsellor, who has worked in different therapeutic settings. My aim is to offer a safe, confidential place for you to explore any problems/issues you would like to explore. I offer short term and long term sessions. I draw upon different therapies to suit you; solution focus and other humanistic therapies.
